- Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship anywhere in the world. Currently, we have shipped to over 63 countries.
- What is the difference between Watch Spray and Jewelry Spray? Watch Spray and Jewelry Spray are completely different formulas. Watch Spray is a water-based formula that works exceptionally well on metals and crystals. Jewelry Spray is a plant-based formula that works exceptionally well on diamonds and metals. Watch Spray does not bring out the same brilliance in diamonds, as Jewelry Spray does. Neither product changes or interferes with the factory finish at all. They are both very gentle and safe formulas that intend to bring out the factory brilliance in both.
- What is the difference between Watch Drying Cloths and HD5? The Watch Cloth HD5 (grey) is intended to be used for wiping fingerprints/body oils and salts from the surfaces of the watch and is recommended for use between cleanings. The material is thinner but made of 100% microfiber. The HD5 is luxurious to the touch. The Drying Cloths (blue) are recommended to be used for drying your watch(es) after cleaning with Watch Spray and rinsing with water (if your watch is water-resistant). The material is thicker than the HD5 and feels like suede. Though both cloths have different intended uses during the watch cleaning process, either cloth can be utilized entirely. It can be a matter of preference and desirability. Some customers prefer to use the HD5 exclusively.
- My product froze, should I be concerned? No. Simply allow the formula to thaw and it will work perfectly.
